although there is a real good chance you already have one, you can grow
your business without even owning one or knowing how to work one!
Lets
go further with an explanation. First, Two separate surveys confirmed
that smartphone penetration has not only passed half of all mobile
subscribers, but has gone well beyond 50% of all adult Americans for the
first time. (this was put out by Forbes)
As popular as
smartphones are overall, for young people, they're nearly essential. In
the 18-34 demographic, penetration is 80% and the limiting factor is
mostly money. For those earning $75,000 and up, 90% have a smartphone
already. Interestingly enough, for the elderly, the economic differences
are more pronounced. Only 8% of seniors earning under $30,000 have a
smartphone while those in the $75,000+ bracket are five times more
likely to have one, at 43%. Obviously, these numbers will continue to
rise as people age into the older demographics but it's also likely
there will be a faster shift here than some might expect.
Now that people can buy a smartphone for under a hundred dollars, this market will grow faster than ever!
To Recap: This means that the most smartphones are already in the hands of the people that tend to spend more in Restaurants!
Now,
Lets See how this all works. Google claims that there are more Search's
for Local Business on smartphones today than on home or office P/C's.
Google and all the rest of the search engines know, and keep track of
every search made, including home and office P/C's and smartphones. How
will that help you?
Every time someone searches for say "Mexican
Restaurant-in Your City, they keep track of it. Every time someone
searches for say "Italian Restaurant-in Your City, they keep track of
it. Every time someone searches for say "Seafood Restaurant-in Your
City, they keep track of it. OK, you get the ideal by now.
In even
a small city of 2,000 population, there are now from 400 to 500 hundred
searches per month for about every kind of restaurant. That's 13 to 16
searches per day for Your Kind of Restaurant. Are they finding Your or
