The quinoa is commonly referred to as a grain, however it is a
plant that is related to spinach. It grows to about two meters in height
with green leaves and red flowers formed in a variety of grapes, from
which when ripe seeds out. Seeds or grain of quinoa are small balls,
spherical, and are usually yellow in color, and there are orange, pink,
red, purple and black varieties.

Quinoa Salad

the dressing, place in a small jar with a lid olive oil, lime juice,
